Employed by Steffian Bradley Architects, Steven Petitpas, founder of Aesthetic Images, coordinated all of the exterior details for this project including the architectural design for the garden courtyard, all exterior doors, windows, balconies, roof top terraces, the two tower features and many of the interior amenities. In addition, Aesthetic Images was commissioned by SBA to provide the master deed & unit deeds for the condominium document. This project is 14 story mixed use building and consists of 166 residential units, 5,000 s.f. of leased commercial space, a health club and four levels of underground parking. The building has amenities such as a luxurious entry lobby, cozy balconies, grand roof top terraces an entry courtyard, a garden courtyard and a sculpture courtyard featuring the form of the goddess Athena.
