This project was located in one of Boston’s most prestigious historic residential neighborhoods. The design required coordination between a local civic association, the local historic commission and the zoning board. Two developers backed out of this project and the third developer successfully completed it. Aesthetic Images stayed with this project from it’s inception to completion over a two year period and was instrumental in obtaining all approvals for this project. The third floor two bedroom unit boasts a two story living area with fireplace and a generous roof top deck, perfect for Boston’s famous Fourth of July fireworks. All units have meticulously detailed trim, ceiling cornices, laundry rooms with open gourmet cherry and granite kitchens.
