to introduce our company to you and outline some of our services that
you may need in the near future. This site is a ‘living’ site
and will change over time as we complete more projects and expand our
client base. There are three distinct sites with in this site. Architecture This site highlights our ability to manipulate the built
form through common sense innovations of architectural design. Many clients
have entrusted us with the sensitive task of designing building &
spaces that reflect their goals & intentions. We hope that
you will agree to entrust us to see the vision of your future. Condominium Documents This site shows our experience in creating master deed and
unit deed plans for condominium documents. Our technique is unique and
we typically take one day per unit to complete the documents. Many attorneys
request our service over & over again. We can analyze buildings for ADA compliance, zoning issues
& also for BOMA standards giving you accurate information for rentable
& saleable areas, allowing you to quickly analyze that building's
income earning potential. Home Inspection This site is chock full of information about building materials,
appliances, repair costs, lead paint & pests. Probably more information
than you need to know. But, the more information you have the better
decisions you can make.
Bank Inspections We are able to review plans for loan justification to determine if the residential or commercial construction project has sufficient funds to be built. In addition we can review each requisition for payment from contractors and make appropriate site visits to determine the correct amount due, based on the percentage of construction completed.
